Is early check-in or late check-out available?Response:
Kindly be informed of our early check-in and late check-out policies below;
Hotel Check-in and Check-out Policy - Standard check-in time is 14:00. - Standard check-out time is 12:00.
Early Check-in Charges: - For check-in between 00:00 and 08:00, 100% of the room rate applies. - For check-in between 08:00 and 14:00, 50% of the room rate applies.
Late Checkout Charges: - For checkout between 13:00 and 18:00, 50% of the room rate applies. - For checkout after 18:00, 100% of the room rate applies.

Do you offer airport transfer services?Response:
Kindly be informed we provide complimentary pick-up and drop off services from /to Airport (GYD) for the guests of FLY INN Baku. Please inform us your terminal number, flight number and arrival time, if you would like to arrange a complimentary transportation service. For drop-off service please approach our front desk and ask them to arrange it on-spot.
